Flexibility of Services
NEC's RMS provide flexibility in the degree of monitoring and management offered, as well as in the processes used to deliver the services. RMS are divided into three levels of service: Monitoring Only, Essential Management and Comprehensive Management.
Monitoring Only is designed for customers who have skilled resources and bandwidth to perform all troubleshooting of events, as well as the necessary moves, adds and changes, but want to augment their capabilities by taking advantage of the best-in-class tools, notifications and reports provided by NEC and its Web portal.
